Who we are

Siftlore ("we," "us") operates this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in USD and may not include applicable duties or taxes for international orders — see our checkout page for an estimate before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your card details.

Product descriptions and pricing accuracy

We work hard to describe and picture our products accurately, but minor variations can occur, and photographs are illustrative. If we discover an error in a product description or price that affects your order, we may correct it, cancel the order with a full refund, or contact you before shipping so you can decide how to proceed.

Order cancellation and refusal

We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing or description error occurred, we cannot fulfill the order, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Subscriptions (Sand of the Month)

Sand of the Month is a monthly subscription priced at $32 per month. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month at $32 until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime before your next renewal — from your account page or by contacting us — and cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund a month that has already been billed and shipped. If the subscription price ever changes, we'll announce the change before it takes effect, and the new price will apply starting with the first billing after the announcement.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and for keeping your password secure. Activity that happens under your account is your responsibility. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to Siftlore or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in its design to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siftlore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
